Alice Vysata, currently serving as the Managing Director of Acquisitions, brings a wealth of expertise to her role. She holds a B.A. from the University of Miami and has enhanced her education through post-graduate studies in various real estate disciplines; Real Estate Development, Real Estate Law, Zoning, Construction, Finance, and most recently, Marketing Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the prestigious London School of Economics.
Before her involvement with MIOYM, Alice held the position of Director of Acquisitions for a private equity investor. During her tenure, she was responsible for the sourcing, evaluation, and successful closure of government-subsidized and conventional apartment buildings across diverse markets in the United States. Her achievements included a partnership in nearly 500 units of affordable and conventional multifamily properties. Alice’s keen insights into operational efficiency assessment have consistently driven a focus on maximizing returns for her partners.
