Bridget Green-Sheperd
Senior Managing Director of MIOYM Properties
As Senior Managing Director of MIOYM Properties, Bridget has played a vital role in building and leading the REO division. Her responsibilities include designing and implementing corporate strategies in the REO marketplace, leading to the expansion of the REO’s property purchases in 38 states.
Before joining MIOYM in 2019, Bridget honed her real estate, finance, and operations management skills while working with finance and wealth management groups. Her multi-disciplined background and passion for real estate allowed Bridget to lead and grow the REO team effectively. She expanded the organization in the marketplace while maintaining and increasing gross margins.
Bridget holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Baruch College. Outside of work, she maintains a very active lifestyle as well. She is a leader in her local community and dedicates her time to various communal activities. Traveling, gardening, and working out are among her many pursuits. She is most proud of completing her first marathon in 2018. Bridget has made it her mission to leave a powerful legacy for her family and community.
