Irwin Boris
Chief Investment Officer
Irwin Boris, the Chief Investment Officer (CIO), served as the CIO/COO at Heritage Capital Group, a third-generation family office specializing in real estate investments. Heritage Capital Group is actively engaged in the operation and investment of Flex/Industrial, Office, and Multifamily properties. Before his tenure at Heritage, Mr. Boris gained extensive experience sourcing acquisitions for various private investors, both domestic and international. In this role, he was responsible for a wide range of tasks, including deal sourcing, negotiation, underwriting, due diligence, and financing.
With over three decades of experience in real estate finance, investment, and asset management, he has worn various hats in the industry, including that of a direct lender, principal, investment banker, and advisor. Throughout his career, Irwin has been involved in more than $5.0 billion worth of real estate transactions.
Mr. Boris holds a master’s degree in real estate from New York University, with a specialization in investment, and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Long Island University-CW Post. He is also a licensed real estate broker in the state of New York.
