The MIOYM Rent To Own Program is designed to help individuals who aspire to own a home but need more means to do so immediately. The program offers first-time homeowners a path to securing an FHA loan. ‘Credit approval is based on income, not one’s credit history”.
The program offers fully renovated homes that have passed state certification, providing potential buyers with peace of mind regarding the property’s condition. Prospective buyers are invited to visit the homes and conduct a home inspection to ensure they are satisfied with the property before moving forward.

- WE WILL ASSIST YOU IN REPAIRING YOUR CREDIT TO INCREASE YOUR SCORE. YOU CAN NOT HAVE ANY BANKRUPTCY, FORECLOSURE OR JUDGEMENTS. COLLECTIONS, LOW SCORES, MEDICAL BILLS AND MULTIPLE INQUIRIES ARE OK.
- WE ASSIST IN GETTING YOU A HOME BUYERS DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE. IF WE CAN NOT GET YOU THE DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE THEN WE WILL ALLOW YOU TO OCCUPY THE HOME FOR A MIN OF 4 MONTHS TO BE ABLE TO ESCROW YOUR DOWN PAYMENT.

My experience with MIOYM was THE BEST! With everybody involved, Marc Cox and Regina Jones were the most helpful in every way. Everyone went above and beyond the call of duty. My wife and I entered a RENT TO BUY program. Our credit could have been better, so they had a credit repair guy named Alex, who was very helpful. However, there were many bumps in the road that were our own fault. Marc and Regina could've dropped us at any point during our program, but they didn't. THEY BUSTED THEMSELVES TO GET US THE HOUSE!!!!! We are forever grateful and will NEVER forget what they did for us. YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!
